Qualifications
Graduation in any field with at least 2 years of experience in control room operations, command center management, surveillance monitoring, or a similar supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Supervision – Oversee daily tasks, assign duties, and ensure team members meet performance standards.
Quality Control & Compliance – Ensure work is completed as per company guidelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Training & Support – Provide guidance, training, and support to employees for efficient workflow and skill development.
Reporting & Communication – Maintain records, report progress/issues to higher management, and communicate expectations clearly to the team.
Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution – Address workplace challenges, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth operations.
